Genesee County Adult Home and
Special Needs Assisted Living Residence
The Genesee County Adult Home is a 40-bed New York State licensed home offering housing for adults that provides shared rooms, meals, medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry/linen service, social activities, some personal care and 24-hour supervision. Our program fosters a home-like, family atmosphere while providing resident-focused, individualized care.
Within the 40 bed adult home is the 20 bed secured Special Needs Assisted Living Residence to assist residents with dementia. This household provides monitoring while promoting less stressful stimuli. The common areas will maintain familiar settings to promote recognition of surroundings. We have specially trained staff that will provide a supportive and enriching environment.
