Our One-Stop Center can provide you the employer with some excellent services such as: On-The-Job Training (OJT), Tax Credit, Classroom Training Programs, and Recruitment/ Screening. An additional collection of useful links have been placed throughout and at the bottom of this page. Enjoy!
On The Job Training (OJT)
The high cost of training new employees can be reduced up to 50% with an OJT program. All OJT candidates have been screened and tested to insure you interview only the most qualified and motivated individuals. With an OJT participant the time and money you spend training a new employee is sure to be a good investment.
Tax Credit
We can provide information on an employer-friendly tax incentive to hire certain individuals. Each qualified individual can give you a tax credit (savings) of up to $2,400.
Classroom Training Programs
Employers may combine classroom training with OJT training or take advantage of select graduates of our many vocational and educational programs, which include:

Recruitment/Screening
Employers placing job orders with us save time and money. How? All candidates referred to your job orders have been screened for:
