JOB TITLE:                 Assistant District Attorney

LOCATION:                Genesee County District Attorney

RATE OF PAY:          $70,442 - $89,109, depending on years of experience

The Office of the Genesee County District Attorney is accepting applications for the position of an Assistant District Attorney. New York State Bar Admission required and criminal litigation experience preferred. Responsibilities will include the prosecution of a wide range of cases.

Applicants should possess superior communication skills, have strong research and writing abilities, demonstrate strong interpersonal and professional skills, and exhibit the ability to work with other attorneys, staff, and the courts in a professional manner while functioning in a highly demanding work environment. Willingness to accept responsibility is essential. The applicant should anticipate many early opportunities for pre-trial hearing and trial work. 

Full-time with benefits, including health insurance and NYS Retirement.
